Has anyone flipped a car yet?

I have in Willow Springs.

It was...odd to say the least. But it was also funny to say the least.

Pretty sure I flipped one on the oval. Time trial started and phone rang, grabbed the phone before hitting pause and hit the wall flipped over and then the car disappeared and was back on track in a few moments. Nothing spectacular

Marvin showed us all one of the earliest examples, but yeah it's confirmed, I played around on Willow. Online appears to lock down the rotation similarly to GT5/6 though, at least from the video I saw with a low ping rate.

I was playing Assetto Corsa and I realized cars don't flip in that game. I was like "We're back to GT4 again…"

I'd like to test the physics online but I'd have to sacrifice my DR and SR since Sport Mode is the only online portion available in the beta...

Ive rolled over cars on Assetto Corsa also.

Havent rolled over cars on GT Sport yet though hehe

Ugly bug, fronts diving in asphalt and then flipping when track area ends and underground going nose hits "side of grass" object inside ground.
Nope. It's Monza. Those cars never leave the asphalt.

Once the track area ends they get ejected.

On topic, I don't think there's a game that does rollover on the tire, is there?

It's a mod car and the collision mesh is obviously off. Doesn't change the fact that cars do roll on AC.
Aris spoke about this before, can't remember what he said though lol. Something about camber and preprogramming rolls ( sort of baked). I'm guessing it requires too much resources which could be dedicated elsewhere.
