Comments: This is the most extensive setup for the RS6 you will find as of yet and will continue to be worked on when online comes back online.

I shal also mention I have never had anyone beat me with their RS6 on any track as of yet.
I'll take this challenge at Trial Mountain. I'm not a great driver, but I'm always interested in some fun competition. I'll see if I can even get within a respectable margin to your lap times. You in?

Try to keep it in this thread as requested by RVR.
Already have my times down. I am surprised you dont have yours posted mr. eager to beat me.
I don't even own the car yet, didn't want to waste the money if you weren't interested.
And I never said anything about beating you, just that I'd take the challenge for fun, to see if I could get within a respectable margin to you.
How would you like to go about posting the lap times?

I'm in. This car is heavy but very cool to drive.
I've begin yesterday night, just to do a first drive i've put my Novolari tune on it. It fit very well and it will be my base to start the tune . 6'33 second try it's fast and realy safe to drive, good line and grip. I'll see today after the job if i can break this 6'30".

I saved both Ghost Replays for Trial Mountain & Deep Forest last night after I bought the car. If you'd like those as well. I even stayed off the concrete for you.

Trial mountain: 1:24.245
Deep Forest 1:12.940

Both times clean and on the tarmac. No cutting at the 2nd to last turn on trial and not running over the block of tarmac on turn 3 in deep forest.

Trial Mountain 1:20.934
Deep Forest 1:09.958

I wasn't sure what corner you were talking about on Trial, unless you meant blowing the entire chicane, so I just did my best not to touch any grass at all. With the exception of that dog leg between the 2 tunnels.

As for Deep Forest, I pretty much did the same thing. Slowed down and tried to avoid any corner cutting. Stayed off of the concrete as you specified. Definitely had to adjust for that section, lol.

I saved both ghosts for verification if you'd like them, just let me know.

But it's not online Mr Adrenaline... Mister Audir ,as you can understand, just want online times. Don't know why he don't take his car and drive ...
Next , for me it's ok. He challenge everybody yesterday, now he have some times to beat, but we have to wait for PSN??
Offline is faster ?? so , faster for evrerybody....

Well, his Trial Mnt and Deep Forest times have to be offline, because he set them yesterday evening I believe. I'm just worried that maybe I was on the wrong tires or something.

Well I was in the low 1:28-high 1:27 range offline on S3s so I doubt that's the case...

Offline is rough at the ring. So many little things can red flag your lap and screw the whole thing up. A tiny brush with a wall in the wrong spot and it's over, even though you were gunna post a great lap and technically didn't cut any corners or gain any advantage. I would assume offline is easier due to tire wear though, but that depends on if tire/fuel wear was even on for his lap time as well.

Can you beat his time offline?

It would be very easy to surpass his time. I make tunes where it counts and that is online. Factoring in night and day runs. Also tire wear and fuel consumption. I am not retuning my RS6 for offline. It isnt worth it when you can win nearly all of the offline events without tuning. His tune will kill a lot of the understeer and will post a good time offline, but if he went online with that, himself and the wall will be a match made in heaven with an estimate 30-40% tire life after the first lap

Do keep in mind that that is just your opinion. Not every GT5 player thinks only online counts. Either way I don't see any reason why your tune won't work offline. Then again, I'm not a tuner.
