Go to My GTPlanet in the yellow box in the top right of the screen and everything you need will be down the left hand side.

Just one little question - I'm currently playing GT4 so I was wondering are there still enough players to create decent challenge here - and where should I put my challenge;
in 'GT4' section or 'racing series' section ?

I would put it in the GT4 section as it still gets quite a lot of activity and the racing series section is mainly for GT5.
