Good evening racers,

I've been with GtPlanet for awhile, and have carried the name XXI. I've made a few critical posts about FM4 around here and would like to take a moment to apologize.

I'm really getting into Forza these days, finding it to be of much better value lately vs. GT5. I've been your typical GT fanboy wearing my standard issue blinders. Well, no more. While I enjoy GT, there is just so much more to do with Forza.

I submit my humble apology to all members, and look forward to racking up some miles with you guys!

Thanks T.O., I've just spent 3 hours creating a livery that looks an absolute wreck! Doesn't matter how bad it looks, it's the fun I had creating it. Will now take it online and supply the community with some free laughs!

This makes me think about how much time you have to spend playing current video games in order to really appreciate all they have to offer.

I'm pretty sure there are thousands of gamers coming from other sims (especially GT...) that tried FM4 for 20-30 mins and just threw the controller (be it pad or wheel) away saying ''Naw, this is just the same crap as before...'' not really getting acustomed to the feel of the game.

Thats just sad when you think about it. Well, back to Forza now...👍

Welcome. Like you, I was an unapologetic GT fanboy from the very first Gran Turismo game. Heck, the only reason I ever updated my gaming console was for a new release of GT. I even bought a PSP just to play GT PSP.

But the wait for GT5 dragged on so long, I decided to get an Xbox 360 and Forza 3 to kill the time. I was really surprised by how much I liked it. But I knew when GT5 came out, that would be it for Forza. Sadly, GT5 was a disappointment. So I went back to playing FM3/4 and am still having more fun with Forza than GT.

Make no mistake, they are both great games. There are things GT does better and things FM does better. But on the whole, I prefer Forza.

So again, welcome, and I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Man don't talk to me about liveries that look an absolute wreck. I've been spending hours on one and banging my head on the wall trying to get this thing to look decent. When I'm working on it I'm thinking I'm making progress then when I compare it to the real thing I run to the toilet to throw up. I'm going to make it work somehow lol

Still got things to add and tweak but I think I'm about half way there..

Here's the link to the finished product. I didn't put the checkboard pattern on the front aero because that hole is in the way so I'm debating whether to cheese it up by moving it forward or leaving it off altogether
