Hi everyone! Been a longtime fan of the GT series - and subsequently a longtime lurker of GTPlanet - but I'm just now making an account here... 
Anyways, I first got into GT way back when the first game was released on the PS1 (I think I was about 7-8 years old at the time). I thought cars were cool then, but GT is really what turned me into an enthusiast. I've owned every main game in the series since then (skipped GT5P as I did not have a PS3 until after GT5 was released). If I had to pick, I'd say my favorite game in the series is GT3.
My interests outside of GT include music, classic 80's bicycles, hockey (I don't play myself but I do ice skate a lot), and anime. I'm also quite interested in Japanese and German culture (studied both in college).
When I'm online I'm usually drifting or doing high speed runs on SSR7 (I don't like to do normal races online since I feel I'm at a bit of a disadvantage without a wheel). Maybe I'll see some of you guys in-game!
