HELP! Cannot Connect

I am connected to my router and it is saying everything they test is working, but in Forza 4 when I try to do something online it says "The Forza Motorsport server is not available at this time. Please try again." Please help, I have had my live for 2 and a half weeks but still haven't played online.

Please try again." Please help, I have had my live for 2 and a half weeks but still haven't played online.

The Forza servers have been "sketchy" lately...if you wait a bit and try again you should be fine
