The problem with that site is that there is no reason to go there at all. Anyone who may stumble accross it will, like me, see Lycos ads and probably not even wait around to see anything else, and if they do, all there will be is a non-descript forum and they will leave. You have to offer sometihng to your audience, something to show up and come back for.
