Help - Lobby Connection Problem

There's some sort of incompatibility problem with one of my friends. If he hosts a lobby I can't enter - I get a network error. If someone else hosts, we can both get in but only one of us can race at a time. One of us gets to race and the other is stuck in auto-drive. If I'm the one in auto-drive and I quit the race and spectate I don't see his car. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi there, I just started playing GTS for a month. I'm having similar issue where I was not able to join race in lobby. Always get network error message. Wondering if you has overcome the issue. Would like to know how to fix the issue as I'm very keen to join championship series hosting by friends. Thanks, cheers

The ports on the router or in PS4? Which ports are correct?

in the router for the PS4. idk them tbh as mine is just set as an exposed host

I've not had any problems since I set up a static IP and port forwarding.

Follow these instructions for the static IP then at the bottom of the page there are links to how to set up port forwarding on your router.

Best thing you can do is, as nuschel sayd, put your ps4´s ip into dmz mode.
Everything else then is other side´s problem

Have you tried searching for the network error?

Are you all on the same server or is one of the three of you on the opposite side of the world or something?

Sounds like it could also be a Nat Type problem like the guys have suggested.
