Help me update my turbo s wheel

I'm trying to update the wheel, but the instructions keep telling me to extract : PWXX_rev_XXX.zip. I can't find that file, and then when I go to the update tool, it lets me go through the first step, but then it says I need to install a usb driver for the next step. There is no USB drivers in the update package that I downloaded. I need a better set of instructions then the ones that was given, in the update folder.

Any help would be great, because I can't play GT5 anymore until I fix this update.
