i want to do hybrid in my gran turismo 3.. what i need to do it? can it do emulate via pc?? or ps2 armax programilla

You can do it with an ARMax (by converting codes... there is a program to do it). You can also use MK's program on a PC to edit the garage data (uploaded from the PS2) to change the car parts. (I am sure someone can give you a link to MK's program).
