HELP! My TV Won't Work!

I don't really know what to say. I've recently bought PS4 and Project CARS for obvious reasons, but this is how my TV looks on all modes.






It constantly flickers and it's far worse in person. What do I do to fix this? What's causing this?

I'm sorry if I'm being unbearably vague but I have an incredibly limited technical knowledge, and I'm pretty upset at finally having the game and console but not being able to play it.

Yeah, that was my first idea. Sadly, it hasn't helped.

I am not a eletronics professional, but check the following:
- the cable that is connected from the PS4 to your TV.Connect it properly.
- is the TV old and worn? Perhaps some parts inside fried.
- is the TV burning hot? Turn it off, wait for it to cool down.
Those solutions worked for me on the PS3 and my TV.

EDIT:
Also, if you recently bought the PS4, i presume that your TV is not
brand new.Maybe it cannot support the PS4?

It's most likely the TV. I've tried my PS3 too.

I'll probably just take it to a shop tomorrow.

Can you provide more pictures that are closer up of the LCD and does it do the same thing with other channels.

It's probably the capacitors on the power board. Have you ever have it power off and take a few attempts to power back up? If that is the problem it's a real cheap fix.
