I don't understand how you unlock these locations. Do you need to gold every event?

Grand Tour
After 2 events: Photo Location - Siena, Piazza del Campo In Photomode
After 3 events: Photo Location - Main Square of San Gimignano In Photomode
After 4 events: Photo Location - Abbey of San Galgano In Photomode

no you just need bronze, you need to go through each event like you would in a championship series race in a-spec.

load the first race,but dont start it, instead just keep clicking "next" and you should unlock each photo location as you go through each race
