Help placing decals LMP1

Just looking for any advice or guidance, Has anyone tried putting stickers on the shark fin, I've been trying now for the best part of an hour I've messed around with the depth and angle settings to no avail but no matter what I try I cannot get decals on the flat area whatsoever, Any help at all would be greatly appreciated thanks 👍

I'm just getting started with the livery editor, but I've found that switching projection methods can help for certain surfaces. Different surfaces work better with different projections, but I use "align with surface" as my default.

I tried what you suggested, It seemed to help a little but I still had problems with it namely I couldn't go any bigger without it disappearing unfortunately.

I tried it for myself and it goes like this:

- Add a new layer, choose the left/right side of the car
- Before choosing the decal, set 'allign with camera' (the little camera icon)
- Move the application area in the center of view (R1+ Left stick) and the crosshairs on the position where the decal should appear (L1+ Left Stick)
- Choose your decal and it will be on the right position and scaleable all over the place
