I am an awful tuner. I have the Bugatti and I really wanna show people up on special stage route x. I need a good setup to go maybe 300 with no draft and be able to take on the corners. If you can help me out that would be great.

That is normally what they use for Top Speed Runs.
Also the Buggati at those speeds at SSRX you have to ride the wall they handle very poorly around 300+MPH

They handle very poorly everywhere.
