iv done decent with launching in 3rd gear, having set it to a little bit of wheel spin, set the rest of the gears so you top right after the finish, look at beginner set-ups for the rest of the things needed. good luck

You set the transmission to take off and fly and land at 3000 from 400m. Once launch is activated set max downforce and it will go as fast as a plane taking off but stay on the ground.

I actually tune mine for 6th gear so there is no gear lag..

On some of my cars I just stretch my gears sooooooo long that I can run the whole 1/4 mile in 1st.👍

Lol I tried that in the TVR speed 12 and made trans max 615mph and 1st full left and I only got it to about 110 ish mph.

Sometimes I have 10 camber on all four wheels and this helps with take off. Flying is very beneficial in 3000 as once you start to land you can reach over 1000mph! The best car for flying is the x1.. You have to put minimum downforce though..

I prefer flying in my Caterham Fireblade. I enjoy the scenery using cockpit view. Its classier than the x1 imo. Not to mention faster. Mine even has cup holders.

The rear fan works as a propeller. You should try flying at ssr7 with a Ferrari, good city view and flying in style. But you have to watch out for the fireworks.. They can scratch.
