Help request for decals on the "fin" of Gr 1 cars.

So far, I've only been able to get 3 results:
only the bottom edge of the decal onto the top edge of the fin.
adjusting decal angle, depth and size, I can get parts of the decal on parts of the fin, but not the whole thing and where I want it.
adjusting decal angle and depth to +10 each I can place the decal anyplace, but it mirrors on opposite side (bad for words).

How can I get the decal the size i want placed where i want it on the fin?
