Help...saved file corrupt...loading restore save file

Skyline black series (academy 2012) isnt in my garage anymore!!! What can I do?

I'm guessing all you can do is borrow it from a friend unfortunately. The Academy cars were special gifts from PD so it unlikely you can get them again.

Did you restore your data but lose all of your DLC cars? Or was it just a save from before you got that car.

Yesterday i recieved the car, dont use it...but it was in the garage and i see the gift in my activity protocol...made some TT with other cars...want to go to home menu, screen freezed...shut the ps3 down...today i started gt5, save file corrupt...it asked me to load the restore save file...made it...car away....see it still in the activity protocol that i recieved it..but i think its gone forever....kaaaaaaaaaz

Sorry man you're out of luck. The game see's you already received the car through their servers. The backup files don't backup until you quit your current game, so, seeing your PS3 was improperly shut down, it corrupted your save file and didn't get to create a new backup (with the car).

If your PS3 does ever freeze don't just shut it off right away, try playing with the PSHome button, sometime it un-freezes (defrost? lol). You should also quit the game from the PS Menu while in a game (hold down PS button, shut down system).
