i need help tuning my r34's suspension, it has the fully custom one, i need help to make it more stiff, because when i am pressing the brakes, the back of the car raises up like when you slam the brakes in a real car. how can i set this to all my cars to make it more stiff?

Just wondering, have you taken a look at @DolHaus's General Tuning Guide (Updated 1.09)? I find that it is written with good detail to help you understand what is going on. A more generic answer would be increase rear extension to limit how fast the springs are allowed to extend and raise the rear. What tires are you using? You may want to increase your spring rates to more closely match your tires also. Hope this helps. :)

I have a few R34s tuned up in my garage. Various PP with various suspension setups for different types of tracks. You are welcome to try out some of my suspension setups to see if they work for your car. The link to my garage is in the footer of this post.

Lower your rear brake sensitivity (of course have the front weaker than rear).

Lower your ride height too to lessen the movement of the suspension (helps stiffen and precision)

Increase both sway bars if the front and rear springs are not over exaggerated to have the car heavily oversteer.

Increase the initial torque for both front and rear LSD.

Lastly, raise dampers (compression and extensions).

Optional:

YOu could also have it behave more like a 4WD drive such as setting distribution to 50:50

The simplest way of making the suspension stiffer is to increase the spring rates. Start at the stock settings and increase both front and rear spring rates by 2kg each.

Test drive the car, how does it feel? Does it feel better or worse?

Add another 2kg to each end and repeat the test, concentrate when driving on how this has affected the way the car drives.

Keep increasing the spring rates until it starts to feel too stiff and the car doesn't handle as well. Once you reach this point start decreasing the spring rate by 1kg until it starts to feel good again.
* Remember these spring rate numbers or copy them to another tuning tab so they don't get lost, this is your base tune for the car and will be your reference point for finding improvement when fine tuning the rest of the suspension.

Once you have it feeling good start adjusting the front and rear spring rates separately. Try adding 2kg to the rear spring rate and see how it affects the handling, does it make it better or worse? Try reducing the rear spring rate by 2kg, what did that do to the handling? Repeat the process with the front spring rates and note down what happens to the handling of the car.

Trial and error, that's all it comes down to in the end. The basic idea is to get familiar with what increases and decreases of all these numbers are likely to do to the car and how you can use it to make your car better.

Change one thing at a time and concentrate on what positive and negative effects it has, if the positives outweigh the negatives then keep it, if not then try something else. You can always put it back to stock settings with the push of a button if it goes wrong so what's the harm in experimenting. 👍
