Help with EA Loyalty

So, im confused. Do you need A SAVE GAME file of the games on your computer?? or do you need to of played online with the previous games? or what? I have NFS Shift 1 with the gamesave, I go to VIP and it has a checkmark by the Shift Reward, I click on it and it says I'am not eligible.
Any Info would be appreciated

you need to have played online with the previous games. If you have a checkmark, means you already got the reward.

Ive platinumed undercover, shift 1, and hot pursuit. But it only gave me the loyalty rewards for hot pursuit and shift 1 for some reason. Oh well, it was only 10,000$ for undercover...
