help with electronic triggers (paintball) FIXED!

I recently purchased an electronic trigger for my gun, everything works fine but once I attach the CO2 and try to fire it makes that rapidfire sound like when you run out of CO2. I tried adjusting the peice that keeps the bolt cocked back but if I do it too much it wont fire and if it's too little the bolt wont stay cocked back. so I found a setting thats perfect but it only works for 3 shots before it goes back to the rapidfire thing. Any idea what the problem could be?

I think your E-trigger is messed up. sounds like its stuck on full auto. Electronicly stuck on full auto.

SkylineGTR_guy. You ned to be a bit more descriptive. What type of gun? The problem may not be in you trigger settings.

I suggest you check out The Tinker's Guild. ANd be extremely polite and straight forward. They have less of a tolerance for bad grammar than we do.

Tell them the make of the Trigger, Gun, and a more accurate description of the symptoms.

For instance, does it make the sound and then recock? Is it consistently the same amount of burps? Also, any other personal modifications that were made to the gun (filing down the trigger, and such).

Good luck,

If I use my manual trigger it works fine, the auto trigger works too. I can hear it click once for semi and repeatedly for full auto, the problem is that the (not sure what the name is) metal peice from the trigger wont hold the bolt back after the first couple of shots, as i said it works for 3 then de-cocks the gun with the same sound it makes when you run out of CO2. I'll take some pics and give more detail :)

yeah I went to that site after you showed me that whiteboard comic :)

It turns out that there was a hex bolt on the left side, behind the motor that you need to tighten after adjusting your motor that will lock the other hex bolt (the one in the back used to adjust the motor) in place, that stops it from moving when the gun vibrates :)
