Help with Opel Speedster one-make...

I have a Opel Speedster Turbo for the race, and Turbo 3 (maximum, no NA), Racing Exhaust, Triple Clutch, Racing Flywheel, the works and whatever. I entered it and it was a 200 a-spec point race! Wtf is up?
