Help with photomode!

Hey all, so I've recently gotten into the photomode, even though I've been drifting in forza for 3 years or so, there just have never been any backdrops in the past forzas that I found interesting.

But here's my confusion, I'm a photographer in real life (lol cant really think of any other way to say it) and most of the effects are only relative, not like a real camera, but I can't seem to figure out what the focus slider does. I don't notice any significant change when it is changed.

Sooo what am I missing??

Thanks for that! I'll toy around with it tonight, I tried adjusting it but I didn't know what to look for or where about it should be set!
