Hey im having trouble keeping up with the top time trial time. Im about 8.5 seconds off the time and just cant keep up. i got the ghost of the no1 time and i cant tell how their time is fast. through the first corner they get allot of wheel spin and continue to slide through the corner and i just cant see how that is fast. Is there a trick to going quick in this game with the physics engine because in real life that would not be fast.

Because the physics system is based of a front of the car vs back of the car system it is easy to exploit the physics in gt5. people use a combination of tune and riving aids to go faster. If the physics engine worked off each wheel independantly it would be hard to do this. Best thing to do is pick a side and then sort results on the advanced ranking boards - mygranturismo.net to weed out the driving aid results which is literally 99.95% of them. (nothing against driving aid btw, but the exploitation begins there when combined with some of the tunes people use.
