Help!!!

I just got the Japanese version of GT2 today, but I cant get it to play on my PS2. I pulled my ps one out from my closet and tried it, but it won't play the disk either. Do I have to buy a Japanese PS or should I get my $26.50 back? plz help!

get your cash back, because you're either going to have to import a Japanese PS or buy a modchip, which can ruin your system if not installed properly, and cost way too much.

sry guys, I was takin a break from GT for a while. Been playin Splinter Cell. I got the Japanese version at some website- cant remember where now.
