If you haven't read the site AUP I strongly suggest you do so as text speak is not permitted.

With that out of the way, is the only restriction HP?
If so then a Cappucino RM power limited to 64HP is probably your best option due to its downforce which will aid cornering tremendously. Other Kei cars are good choices as well, particularly the 4wds.
