Overkill for the seasonal event. I ran the car stock on first try and finished 4th. Then I bumped up to sport soft, semi-race suspension, twin clutch, semi-race flywheel, and weight reduction +1, car on defaults... and found that was a little too over tuned and coasted to easy win.

I used stock power and weight with full suspension and sport hard myself. But some like an easy route, and I'm promoting my tunes.
 
No problem with the tune itself, just the "Great for the seasonal event" bit if you want to take all the fun out it, but to each his own.
