I tried to make the thread name sound like I was angry, but I know it didn't work :D

Anyways- I just wanna say that this is a very nice website you have goin' here. There is a lot of helpful GT3 related information floating around on here, and also some helpful info on totally non-GT3 related topics.

I also want to say thanks to Jordan for helping me with my Avatar, and posting my car as one of the Photos of the Day. Also for helping me out with posting problems I was having.

I also want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me out on GT3 by answering any of the questions I have asked.

This forum is extremely addictive. I stumbled across this site a few days ago, and was just looking around, and didn't plan on staying, but I got hooked. After the first day of posting, I tried to leave because what little life I have left after playing GT3 doesn't need to be taken' away by this site, but I just couldn't leave. :(

Jordan-

P.S.- I have a LOT more to say about your site, but I can't remember exactly what it is right now, so I'll have to post it here later. :D

Hey, Jordan(or any moderator that sees this) is there a FAQ's section on this site...?

Thank you!

There's no FAQ, unfortunately. You are talking about an FAQ such as the one featured in forums using vBulletin?

Um, I don't know what vbulletin is, so I can't really answer that. I was just wondering because a lot of sites I go to have a FAQ section to answer most questions newbies have. It's all good though :D

Yeah Jordan, thats a good question.  Most forums and sites of any size usually have a faqs section to peruse through.
One more thing would be to set up a separate challenges section for the GT3 challenges.  It would be great to have both.  Not everyone has gt3, but when things get rocking and rolling in the gt3 game, youll wish you did.
Just some suggestions.
Thanks for the great site.

Well, are you referring to an FAQ such as this, or an FAQ about GT3?

@Misnblu: Yeah, I've thought about having a separate GT3 challenges forum, but I'm not sure if there are enough people yet to support both it and the one for GT2. We don't want any dead weight! :)

Well, probably more of a GT3 FAQ section, but I guess this whole site isn't based on GT3, so I don't know. I guess we can always just answer the questions of a lot of the newbies(even if they do get old because they're the same Q's) :D

OK, I'll look into an FAQ, but I'm very busy (much more than I want to be :)) with some behind-the-scenes work on the site.

Josh, we were all newbies at one time.  Its kinda our job to understand that fact when we get tired of answering posts.  Its like that on many boards.
Most times if the newbie is patient enough, he will eventually get his answer.
Jordan, not a separate site for gt3, just a challenge title strictly for gt3 challenges, and it can be on this site.  Again, just a suggestion and it would make navigating to the challenges much easier.  You wouldnt have to discern which challenge is for what game.
later.

Isn't it a Z-71 Silverado...? Or just a Silverado...?

I think it's one of those.., I thought I read a post he made telling that's what kinda truck he has..., maybe not though... :nervous:

i love silverado's, can't wait to see it......

Its a black SIlverado 2wd, I'm turing it into a real Street truck. Not those nasty paint only things that scrape the ground, its gonna end up a good-looking rod. RIght now it has a few apperance upgrades, ultra type 49 wheels, the turbo diesal air inlet bumper, and a newer grill.

Click on help in the top corner, and at the bottom of the window that pops up, click on Ikoncode tags.  That's where to find it.

Or, I could just post them for you!  :)

You're right, these are a little yellow and blurry. Do you have any others?

yup, i got some better ones. I just cleaned my DC's lense with windex, IT worked! here they are, the trucks a little dirty, but I cant really keep it clean, there is road construction EVERYWHERE!

on the above you can make out the diesal air inlets on each side of the frount plate holder. This is not a diesal, the bumber was added, and at a head on view it has the gonna tear you up look becase of the stance and tires also

In this pic you can bearly make out the echo exhaust tips that were recently put on, hense the super shiny crome. YOu can also see the sticker that states the K&N filter It has. I believe it has been regeared, cause it dosent exactly have a stock acceleration, compared to similar trucks. The exhaust is a cat-back system with glass pacs gining it a loud aggessive roar, It sounds best at high throttle in late first and second gear. The siliding rear window is also an add-on, as it originally didn't have one. Hope you like it!

Planned Future mods:
3-3 1/2 inch raised cowl induction hood(like on a '69 Camaro), throttle body spacer(15HP), and hypertech performance chip(15HP). WHen I have plently of spare cash, I'm gonna add( and more evenly spread) more power by putting on a set of Edelbrock Performer RPM heads. WHen I'm done(IF this sites still around I hope, It could be a few years) I post finished pics. Gotta admit, not a bad place to start!

Nice truck man.
On your mods, have you looked into some kind of intake, or is all you did was change the stock filter with a drop in k&n?
Also check into an under drive pulley for that bad boy.  Itll lessen the rotational mass on the crank while slowing down the accessories to free up some nice torque.  Its not gained but released or freed up.
Check out your chevy magazines and summit racing, or even Jegs for some performance parts that are affordable.
Nice truck man.

Yeah, I agree with everyone, that's a great looking truck. It's the Photo of the Day today. :D
