 Hello all,just now gotta chance to jump in.WOW!What a bunch of info.I was gonna get a message on the board 2 days ago.I got here through the msn community sight and i got all caught up in these hybrid cars.I had no idea you could do all this with the game.
  Are there any step by step deals for beginners on hybrids?I played with a few codes but i still dont quite get it all.Again,what a great job!I commend you guys for taking the time to share your info after what must be hours of brainstorming.

Hey, newest Hybrid fanatic here. I was where you are now gearbrain only a couple months ago. Once you get to know what you're doing, you get to have alot of fun. Take a look at my thread about hybrid cars, If you like any of them, tell me and I'll help you make it so you understand it, sound good?
 
welcome aboard gear, welcome to the world of hybrids :)   youll have a great time once you figure out the codes but youll get it always check skynyrds site for the newest and latest codes i still havent quite got the body mods down yet but im getting there any help just let me know ill see what i can do :)  😈  thanx to skynyrd and all the guys that helped to make that a great site ;)  
 
Hey, come to think of it, My cars are on skynyrd's site :D I totally forgot about that. Last time I heard he was going to post them on his site, I should check out his progress.
 
well drifta if you look closely here pretty soon we should see some dex saves here on gtplanet :)  including skynrds and various other hybrids  😈  ;)

Right now ive been playing around with 1 or 2 of the codes on skinards sight.What i learned right off the bat was that once you put a code like his Camaro z28  `69 in and buy the Escudo(tuff car)then you can put any car in garage slot 1 and it works on those too.I`ve taken almost every car i have down the 0-400 m  at least once.Oh yeah does the corvette gs `96 special ed. the one with 5219 hp and 71982 lbs mess with your playstations mind?I cant see mine in the garage.Also its actualy a mazda body right?

gear,  there is something wrong with one of your car codes whether it is the body or the name if the body isnt right it will reset to the rx-7  the name has me?????
 
Wow, you game is definalty messed up. When my cars weren't there, the game would freeze. 5000hp?! wow! I can't get that high even with all my hybrid codes.
 
Yeah, you'll need all that power to move a car that 71,982 lbs.!  :eek:
 
well i got the codes from skinards sight in his chevy files drifta
i think i just dont get the car body and name codes down all other codes ive tried work well.   my game is the bugged one and my GS is 3.4 i think.i can always get the car but when i go to the garage to get in the screen goes blank.then i could still get in and you have to guess your way all the way back to the very first start menu in the game.
   drifta i can get 5003 hp out of my escudo
 
Oh?! I can only get about 4000hp out of mine. That's with the Drag racing engine 1011hp
then all the engine codes I got put it up in the 3900hp range.

Hey guys, I got a new hybrid, but it dosen't work. You just have to here it. It is a Eclips GS-T... It has 3029hp but it weighs -15,243lbs. Yes, that's not a mis type, it weighs negative 15,243lbs. When the race starts it is launched in the air and is twirled around and then the game eventually freezes. I just thought I would share that, give you al a little chuckle.
 
What version of the game you got Drifta?Kinda weird stuff aint it.I usually put that one saved code in along with max cash and all gold license.Then i go bye whatever and have a blast.Today i played around with the tire codes,big tires on a pajaro actually make it cool.
 
actually drifta i hear that its really hard to get a good negative weight i had one once at -65,438  dont ask how it went straight up even using version 1.2  :)
 
wow that must take a bunch of codes.lol it takes me half an hour to get started.
on a serious note can anyone give me a tip on the body codes?just how would i put them in for the buggy gt2 game?i think i have everything i need i just dont understand the `name`and `body` codes and how you use them.
 
well gear first off try money codes that will tell you what version of the game you have if you get a square with an x in it then s4,whatever talk to me i fixed that particular code to read 99,999,999  the very first code is for the name also the second code the body code is further down are you using rogs.dialex list ???  i think thats right
 
I`m sure it`s the first version.I remember i paid for it about a month before it came out.Besides that i have used several other codes and they seem to work great.I have another ???  what is offset whats that mean?It`s on the pages that give all the base codes for all the versions.
 
sorry gearbrain there is one question im not even sure of i dont know what the offset means neither but i would be  :) if somebody out there that knows could tell us :)
