you can see it flying around the city with a banner attached to it but when you try to crash it you fly through it.


you can get the tank after 90 hidden packages.

there are 5 helicopters and only 1 plane...and the plane can only land on and take off of water...

for getting all 100 hidden packages you get a hidden car

the hidden taxi in Vice City is a zebra car
