I am a bit lost on what exactly you need help with.
As long as you continue along the cafe menus, it will show you where to buy parts and tell you how to change the setup of a car.

No I mean,somewhere in gtplanet i could find setup setting for each car but now I could find where it was? Can you guide me? Is it clear now?
