Hi everyone! I've followed this forum and the main site over the last few years, I actually started when I was deciding between xbox+forza or ps3+gt in order to obtain the street car simulation that would please me the most.
After some consideration as you might already have guessed i went for a ps3+gt5prologue pack. It's been long since i joined car simulation racing, and i've been through a lots of old simulators like hardly modified GPLs, f1gp3, f1gp4, EA's f1s without and with lots of mods, GTR2, lfs... these where in the steering wheel era, because i already was in to this genre with the even older F1GP2 or papyrus's indycar and nascar racing.
So possibly like some of you, i bought the console just for the gt series, i also ended up buying a few other games but 90% of my gameplay time is passed on the gt. Despite some of the negative critics that were made to the gt series from the simulation point of view, i was happy to confirm that it actually is a pretty solid simulation, it sure has its imperfections but overall its great and in the regard of street car simulation meets without doubt the expectations of a simulation adept like me.
