Hidden specs

Hello, I'm interested about few things in car specification
1. Why some of them are hidden with --- like here https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gKkFPkWRMuI/maxresdefault.jpg ?
2. It is possible to known them? I like to testing cars on few tracks and making reviews with full specifications but how to do it with "---" in displacement, weight or max power? Most cars have full documentary and info, but I can find a lot of with incomplete data.

Online lobby restrictions. And I think someone has a thread about the specs for some of those cars.
