High Speed Record/Unmodifiable cars

Weird name huh? Well I decided that to save time (and storage space on your website I'm sure) to combine 2 threads into one. Anyway, getting on topic;

Does anyone know what the high speed record is for GT2?

(Unmodifiable cars)
How come I can't get the Racing Modification on the R390 Nissan and the Toyota GT-One? I mean, I know for a FACT that there IS a racing mod for these cars because they were both on the Gran Turismo All Stars- Laguna Seca race! How can I get them?

Going off track on Seattle Circuit with the HKS 180SX Drag, I wheelied to 650+ MPH before the car suddenly spins out.

As for the unmodifiable cars, are you talking about the R390 and GT-One you purchase at the dealership? Those are not modifiable, but the racing versions of the GT-One can be earned by Getting all gold on the Super License and winning the GT World Cup. The racing R390 can be won at the Grand Valley Endurence and by winning the GT World Cup.
