I can't understand why I'm so bad at these races.

I have the cars setup at the highest PP that's allowed, but I end up in last place by the first corner, and I keep falling further behind all the way to the finish line.

If I can't find a solution to this it's back to GT Sport for me. At least there I can have fun.

Its not about being at the highest pp ? That dosent mean auto won practice learn the course better and how to take the the lines.

If I'm in last place by the first corner, how will learning course better help?

I've raced on the High Speed Ring before in earlier versions of GT, so I'm quite familiar with the track.

I just can't find a way to go fast enough to challenge the other cars. There doesn't seem any way to get in the top 3.

If there's no way to win, there's no point continuing to play this game.

If you're in last by turn 1, then you have an engine or transmission problem. Which car are you using and what's the PP at?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally unequip something, or have the wrong tires, power limited, etc?

Is this for the Menu book? I assume you upgraded to the transmission "high" upgrade version? I think the Sport tuner section has that transmission upgrade.

go check experiences on high speed ring because there is really a "trajectory" for this circuit.
