What times can you guys get in the PD F1 car from GT4 around the High Speed Ring, and the GT5: Prologue F1 car around High Speed ring?

GT4 Polyphony Digital F1 Car: 50.836 Seconds

GT5P Ferrari F2007: 50.664 Seconds

Both these times were set using a Driving Force Pro.

Use Suzuka instead then. It's quite interesting, I want to see more results, as I knew what a lap time on GVS meant for any car like a dime. (I.e. I knew how fast was fast)

The GT4 version of HSR is more wide and very spacious. Turn 1 is less banked. I have always had the sensation that the GT5 HSR is smaller. The esses are tighter in GT5.

I can't compare F1 cars like-to-like at Suzuka (because I haven't got one in GT4) but when I compared a DC5 Integra at Suzuka in both games (and with pro physics in Prologue, and S2 tyres on both) I was a second or two quicker in Prologue. I put this down to it being so much easier to drive smoothly in GT5P.

Thanks. Could it also be perhaps that you're just too used to GT5 now? Either way, still interesting, the lap time was still relatively close.:)👍

What about putting Deep Forest on GT5 Pro for the next update as that course was very challenging with all the tight turns and undulations.
