the scion need for speed car with huge front wing that you get for beating some guy in the time trial championships?

car handling has insane grip, same with the gtr from gt1 series...so, I can only assume they made the default cars oversteer because they wanted them to.

And your point is?

Capital letters, friend.

And I'm not really seeing the point either - you're asking if anyone else has unlocked the Tc Time Attack car, but then you go on about default handling characteristics. Are you voicing disappointment, surprise, or are you just comparing/contrasting?

I'm saying that scion car has totally different handling compared to the default vehicles.

Ever notice that big thing attached to the front bumper and the trunk? They're not for looks.

Because it isn't like the "default" vehicles - it's purpose-built.

Default cars are road cars that are not setup for race tracks, once upgraded they handle extremely well.

I like how the guy gets dissed for pointing out a valid fact. What he is saying that the way cars handle in this game, and the handling model most of the people are complaining here, is intentional. It's not a bug or anything.

There are numerous cars in the game that handle perfectly, like this Scion or GT-R. That means that the game physics as such are fine and can be good when devs want to, it's just that the floaty physics on all the other cars are intentional. And I agree with him. I don't see the point why you have to make 99% of cars almost undrivable (PS3, wheel) and 2-3 of them that handle absolutely perfectly.

In my case, for example, all my times at one point got beaten by a guy on my friends' list. And I mean ALL my times. And guess what he was using? GT-R. I was trying out different cars just to have more fun. And whatever I do, I am 2-3 seconds off his GT-R times. I'm not a noob when it comes to driving but this to me is a pretty clear proof that GT-R in this game is probably THE best handling car. Haven't got Scion yet, but judging by what people say, it could be the same. Wait till people start playing online more and you will see that it will be the same as with Veyrons in TDU2.

I'm not gonna lie, I purposely crashed the scion on the last time trial. Couldn't beat him on the straights. Take that Rado!

But on topic, the AWD scion race car has very very little in common with the regular car, and to me, shouldn't be compared to each other.

oh really? I forgot we're on the GTPlanet forum, where everyone has just done 100 hours of BSpec, so their brain is probably fried.

That's enough. Drop the attitude, or you will be given a permanent vacation from this forum.

Beyond that, use proper punctuation and capital letters. You agreed to do so when you joined this site.

This thread has come to an end.
