Honda City Turbo II transmission (for experts)

Searched, couldn't find...

I have a City Turbo II fully tuned with stage 3 turbo, 233 HP and it only weights 668 kg (about 1450 pounds), so theoretically, it should be fast. It seems like it has much potential but I cant seem to do much with it. I use only sports clutch and flywheel because of the torque/momentum factor. No NOS.

After messing with the gear ratios for about an hour, the best 400m I can get is 14.9. My trans settings:

Final gear ratio: about 2 (all the way down)

auto setting: 20
1st: long as possible
2nd: long as possible
3rd: exact middle
4th: short as possible
5th: short as possible
6th: short as possible

My thinking is that a small displacement honda engine with stage 3 turbo will pull more in lower gear, thus the lower gears are exagerated and higher gears made shorter. Since the turbo is designed for peak power the gears can't be too short or they waste the turbo's potential, thus the 20 auto setting. (??) Let me know if I am way off here

I know these settings look ridiculous but this produces the best 400m times, consistently around 14.9 sec. I want to get a 400m in the 13's. Top speed is not important to me so long as it gets over 120 or so and doesn't max out too quick on straightaways.
Does anyone have any good settings they can post?
