What's with this car? It was my starting car, and it confused me a lot. It seems like it's permanently stuck in automatic mode, and the only gear is Drive. This would be acceptable if it was electric, but it was never sold as an electric car. It would also make sense if it was only ever sold with an auto transmission, but that's also untrue.
What's going on with it?

Strange. My cous got a Fit with a 5 speed manual. I'm guessing Japan only has an automatic Fit, since PD took all the Japanese versions of the cars, and very few US and European counterparts.

Japan has the manual, but the car in the game is the CVT Fit that wasn't sold in North America (but sold elsewhere in the world). Shame they didn't put in the 7-speed manumatic mode... strange, actually... since the CVT car comes standard with the paddleshift option and they should give you the choice of either leaving it in CVT or self-shifting.

Ohhh it's the CVT. That almost makes sense. It's just weird that choosing manual mode doesn't give you a manual mode, considering that the car comes in manual. I mean even the CVT, why wouldn't manual mode give you the flappy-paddle setup?
I guess they don't expect you to ever drive the car, as there's no reason you ever would. :P

Hybrid a gear box into it. A 7spd if you want to mimic the 7-speed manumatic mode.

The Fit is sold with the CVT here in Canada, wich is situated in North America too :dopey:
