The car still over steers like crazy. What am I doing wrong?

"Make changes ( If you don't get 494 bhp and 550pp, change the oil ) and last the gearbox !!"
What do you mean with-"and last the gearbox"?
I have seen similar advice in other tunes,but can´t figure out what this mean.
Do I have to changes the gearbox AFTER all other parts/tunes are done?-and why should
this do any difference?

PS.Hav´nt tryed your setup yet-little late now
