How about c-spec

I was thinking of a new mode where you can act as a worker if the pit crew and have to press a sequence of buttons in a certain time to put s tyre on your car driven by a b-spec driver. Feel free to comment on other ideas for c-spec

Unless C-spec or D-spec is an event that can be run with you in A-spec mode plus at least one B-spec driver, I don't get the idea behind it.

How about D-Spec in which you switch on the garage lights when the team first arrives?

The only thing I would like, for A-Spec, is if we have full control over pit-lane speeds where we have to slow sufficiently then activate, and deactivate, the pit limiter.

If the AI were more entertaining to watch then it wouldn't be so bad. Maybe not sitting at one corner of the track watching but a helicopter camera wouldn't be so bad. Be just like watching real Motorsport.
