How Brown Is Gran Turismo 6?

Although I personally feel excitement in regards to the imminent release of Gran Turismo 6, some of the footage shown in the announcement trailer and gameplay footage appears worryingly brown for my tastes.

I have also, however, observed that all footage we have seen so far has been from Silverstone Circuit, leaving me wondering whether the depiction of Silverstone Polyphony have shown so far happens to be set during early evening, or whether this is a general rule for the rendering of Gran Turismo 6.

There have been previous instances of brownness in Gran Turismo, for example Seattle in Gran Turismo 3, but I hope that Gran Turismo 6 is able to continue the wonderful not being brownness that Gran Turismo 5 radiated.

Thank You.

It just seemed like a brown-y filter for the trailer. I believe we've had similar "brown" trailers for GT5 as well. Gameplay was off-screen but it did seem fine to me.

I'm sorry, but I like my games sepia-colored. Brown will do, in a pinch. I dislike games and videos with too much green tint. But then, that's just me.

Yes, I know. My font color choice is ironic, but Olive Green is the brownest of greens

Science helps as usual: In the morning yellowish, at noon blue and in the evening reddish.
Humans find this pleasant, at least that's what they say...

EDIT: This above is true, I'm not joking.

EDIT2: For real, I'm not.

The only issue I had with the colours we've seen so far is the neon bright green grass at Silverstone although that could easily have been a contrast/brightness issue on the TVs.

Can't really have an opinion about it after only seeing silverstone on a weather that practically never happens there.

That would be optimal.

I'm pretty sure it's dry there at least twice a year.

And yes, yellow and red have deep psychological effects on humans. You'd think that after a few billion sunrises, primates would finally catch on that yellow is a reason to be happy, because now you can see which direction the tiger is coming from, and red is a reason to perk up and be alert, because now that gor-damn tiger is half-invisible. :D

GT6 Silverstone: 1 in 10,000 chance of sun, otherwise rain. A dry race could be like the Holy Grail of GT6. :P

Exactly, and we need this feature in GT6. Based on the PS3 system time, the game will change the toning settings. Yellow, blue, red... this is revolutionary!

Let me find my mobile phone... Im must call Kaz and tell him about this, hopefully my japanese isn't too rusty.

This will double the sales of GT6!!!

EDIT: I need a patent for this... Daaaamn, I'm going to be rich as f...!!!
