how can i change car settings?

might be a stupid question to many people but i havent played the game much at all, still have many licenses to complete.

i look at all these tunings in the separate forum and i'd like to apply them, but - how ?

is it possible to change the car settings in arcade mode?
or is it only for online? if not, can someone please give me a quick guide?

Hey Welcome to GTP. Car tuning is not activated until you complete either level A or B dont remember. As far as arcade goes you can change settings also but only after you "earn" quick tune. So get in there and Level up.

You need to complete A,B and C before you can tune the car, you cannot tune in arcade mode.

Yes you can tune in arcade mode,did it today to run in WRS wk 8. You cant tune for arcade TT but you can for arcade race.
