How can I get 10,000 B-Spec points ?!?

how can I get these 10,000 b-spec points? everyday I do a lot of races and I
hardly come out my 7,800

are there some good tricks to handle it? i heard of that you can speed up 5-times in b-spec when you achieve 10,000 points !!
