How can you make level 40 Bob?

HI, I am currently on level 40 on the B spec and my Bob is at level 38. I do a lot of online races with him, as well as off-line. However, what I noticed, since my b- spec is on level 40, even my driver does not get any experience points (even if he is on the level 38). Can anybody confirm on deny this?

Both work independently. Just run your bobs in a 9 hour endurance when you go to bed. That should help speed them up to level 40. After that...lots of grinding to fill up the experience bar.

Remote racing can help your bobs reach level 40 without much effort, although it will take a while.

The upside is, you can keep the career bar at a low level with it, so your drivers never age and skills don't wear out.

Just to muddy up the waters I read a post that said that after you hit level 40 in b-spec your drivers will no longer gain xp in online races, only real b-spec events.

I have no idea if it's true but it would explain your situation.

It does. I did 24 hours Nurburing and yes, I did get EXP. I will find more tonight, I got driver with about 500k (money) from on-line racing, I will cash him tonight and see if that has any effect on his personal level

Denied. I took a driver from 39 to 40 with remote racing after I had already been 40 in B-Spec. Your driver will get the XP boost when you cash out. Hold your finger up to the edge of the XP bar before you cash out, cash out, and you will see when the XP bar refreshes, you will have gained a bit (obviously depending on the number of races cashed out).

Completely false. I've been B-Spec 40 for awhile now and have raised 5 other drivers from 35 to 38 with JUST remote racing.
