How come my Stickers won’t upload?

Hey guys, a very nice fella on here made me a couple stickers the other day for my car and I can’t seem to get them to upload, I’m hoping one of you guys may be able to help me out here. These are the stickers I was trying to upload and this is the message I keep getting from the GT site, weather extract them or not I get the same message. Thanks in advance for any help or advice, it’s much appreciated.
