How do i REALLLY edit picture's..?

Hey guys, Im pretty new to this photo editing and i need some help..or tips..or just advice..

There's this game i play and are making a poster contest.
There's this guy..he's really good..so i asked him how was he able to make something like that..
And He didnt want to share much cause someone copied his work..but he said he first took a screen shot...and edit it..
This is one of the Editing he made

So i was wondering..exactly how do you edit from a different posture ( POSES ) to make an entirely different thing..?

Um, you have a thread on this. Why another one? Showing us the picture doesn't change the fact that you can't be taught photo-editing over the web.
