How do I remove a broken camera filter?

I left my Circular Polarizer on my camera for about 2 months and now I cannot remove it at all.

However, this is where the story fully happens, when I got so annoyed I tried to force it off, which broke the top part of the filter off, so now I have the bottom piece of the filter stuck on my camera, which I cannot remove.

Take it to a camera shop, because thats. The only way you; will fix this however, I'm sure theirs a way to fix it at home with simple tools and any boffin could use but I'm. Just; sayin'g.
