How do I setup Driving Force EX for PS2 on my PS3

The connector it comes with is specifically for PS2, and it has a USB connector. The manual says to plug them both in to your ps2. I have a PS3 and I plugged in just the USB part of the connector. When I load up prologue the wheel doesn't align itself the way my driving force pro used too. Instead it just moves to the right a little bit then it stops completely. When I am in a race and I first start when I am driving in a straight line the wheel wobbles from left to right. When I do get to a corner and turn the wheel is way too sensititve and turns the car too much.

Did you try emailing Logitech about it? I don't have an EX, but they are supposedly compatible with the PS3.
