When I started drag racing, I neglected my suspension. I thought it didn't matter. I got whaled on.

Now I have been making attempts at tuning my suspension, but to no avail. My cars can keep up, but they are not always winning cars. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. I am not asking for your particular suspension, just general advice.

Here is what I have so far: (Please Show me and the others viewing this what I am doing wrong)

4WD (Audi Le Mans)

Ride Height: -10/-8
Spring Rate: 10.0/7.3
Extension: 8/2
Compression: 2/8
ARB: 4/4
Camber: 0.0/0.0
Toe: 1.00/1.00

RWD:

Ride Height: -10/15
Spring Rate: 16.0/9.0
Extension: 8/2
Compression: 2/8
ARB: 4/4
Camber: 0.0/0.0
Toe: 0.00/1.00

Reverse your spring rate, lower your tow to .75 to .85. Minimize your ARB.

So other than the toe and the things that needed to be fixed are the values, too low? too extreme?
