I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a 1000 hp out of a supra I did it once but when I switched to my stage 2 turbo for a lower power then went back to my stage 4 turbo all i could get was 741 hp i would like to know if theres a boost controller iam missing i know theres one in gt1 but ive never seen one in gt2. does anyone know how to get 1000hp out of the supra rz

I agree with the others...it sounds like a rare glitch, one that actually worked in your favor. A stage 2 of ANYTHING in GT2 shouldn't net a thousand horsepower. Or maybe somebody put something in your Kookaid....

no it wasnt with the stage 2 it was with the stage four turbo that i got 1011 hp out of it I think your right its just a game glich one i wish that would repeat itself that car was so damn fast.

i've had a similar thing happen to me in gt1, i was using the dodge copperhead [conceptcar].. when i first tuned it up it was 856hp, i downtuned it for a while, and then when i put it back up it was only 700ish...

wierd...

That's like impossible, man. Are you sure you weren't comparing the garage hp to the track hp or something? Each area of GT1, 2, and 3 (dealer to garage to track) will sometimes feature different horsepower & torque, presumably because each area of the game has a different dyno. Or perhaps one portion of the game is giving you the HP from the engine crank, wheras another portion gives you the hp at the drive wheels.

In any event, I'm pretty sure the Copperhead from GT1 never makes over 600 hp, anyways. I'm almost positive on this...I might even fire up GT1 this evening just to make sure.
